Navigator (GPS) (2,5 € Per Day / max. 10 Days).

Winter Tires:

Winter Tires (4 € Per Day / max. 20 Days).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

RENTER'S AND DRIVER'S AGE:

A minimum of 23 years of age for all categories except for the F, G, categories for which a minimum of 25 years is required.

DRIVER'S LICENSE:

The driver's license of the renter must be issued a year prior to the rental date an least.

DRIVER'S LICENSE / ID CARD:

At present takeover vehicle, the driver and second driver a VALID driver's license and identification card. If no CONCESSIONAL driver's license or Id Card is present, can not take place to rent. Faxed or Photocopied driving licenses or Id Card are not accepted.

PAYMENT METHODS:

A debit/credit card is always required to rent a car even if the renter pays cash.

RENTAL CAR:

Hiring of cars is calculated per 24 hours, each more delay is charged an additional day.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION:

Change in reservation may be by phone and implies price calculation again, according to the availability of vehicles at the prices at that moment.In case of cancellation of a reservation the deposit of 10% is not returned.

EARLY RETURN:

In case of returning the car earlier than the date of reservation there will be no refund money.

INSURANCE:

Energy - Rent a Car renters are insured and the insurance includes :

1. Death and physical damage to third parties up to the amount of 1.000.000 €.
2. Material damage to third parties up to the amount of 1.000.000 €.
3. Theft insurance relieves the renter of the vehicle the cost of repair of the rented of hired vehicle the cost and its apparatus if they are stolen, damaged or destroyed after, the theft or attempted theft through this does not include the theft of personal belongings.
4. Insurance cover theft and cover fire for up to 6.000,00 €. Death or permanent total disability caused by a car accident cover for up to 15.000,00€.
5. NO INSURANCE COVERAGE IS VALID: For anything that might occur, the driver should not be found under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For damages are inflicted by driving off road.

GASOLINE:

1. The vehicle is supplied with full tank and must be returned with a full Tank.
2. Ιn case that a renter returns the car with less fuel than that the renter picked it up,the renter will be charged with paying 5 € the cost of the fuel that was consumed.

DELIVER/COLLECTION:

1. Renter shall be obliged to inspect the vehicle (internally and externally), to indicate any damage and to return the vehicle in the exact same state.
2. Delivery within the city boundary is free with Energy - Rent a Car.
3. Delivery outside of the city boundary with 0.20 € /km for the classes A, B, C, D, E and 0.45€/km for the classes F, G.
4. Energy - Rent a Car does acces a drop-off charge if you don't return the car to the same place where you picked it up.
5. Pick up / Return Airport Thessaloniki it's free.
6. Delivery/Collection: Out of the serving hours ( Monday - Friday from 21.00 - 08.00, Saturday 14.00 - 24.00 and Sunday all Day) with 15.00 €.

WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM Energy - Rent a Car :

It is forbidden without an advanced written authorization from Energy - Rent a Car Transportation by ship.

RENTAL OUTSIDE GREEK BORDERS:

The crossing over a border in a different country with the rental car of Energy - Rent a Car in not allowed.

HIGH-WAY CODE VIOLATIONS:

All fines and consequences of administrative sanctions shall be incurred by the renter.
